Inporting Time from .CSV file

I have a CSV file with lat lon alt and time information that I want to Import in Routeconverter. My eventual goal is to create a .kml / .kmz with timestamps. When I import this csv file into routeconverter it does not inport one of the time columns. Can anyone help me out.
