Can’t log in to the forum? Clear your cookies once

Hi all,
Since October 23, the forum sets its login cookies for

Code:

forum.routeconverter.com

only, instead of for every

Code:

*.routeconverter.com

site. This is part of a security change: other services under routeconverter.com can no longer see your forum login.

If your browser still holds the old cookies, logging in may not work. The login seems to succeed, but you’re still logged out afterwards.
Fix (one-time): delete all cookies and site data for

Code:

routeconverter.com

and

Code:

forum.routeconverter.com

in your browser, then log in again.

• Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions → search for “routeconverter” → delete
  
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data… → “routeconverter” → Remove Selected
  
• Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data… → “routeconverter” → Remove
  

A private window works too.

Please don’t retry your password several times in a row: after 3 failed attempts the forum locks the account for 15 minutes.
