Using version 1.29.13 and trying to add speed to the file, it seems to take forever. Is it the file, the program or javaw?
I've attached the file, in an RAR archive. It is from my ASUS R300, and is was created by IGO8 [IGO 2006 on line 2 of the file]...
This should be almost instantaneous in my view...

It's a loop in a separate thread - which is slowed down by the updates of the positions and the scrolling of the position list. I'll check why it is blocking.

Please try the
latest prerelease 1.29.16. It's fast for adding speed or numbering positions - and it's constantly scrolling down the table when it's slowly adding postal addresses.

1.29.17 was much faster. Flew through adding the speed to the over 9000 points <grin>... Danke.
