Hi Arie, welcome at the RouteConverter Forum!

For a better understanding:
Which operating system is installed at your computer? Windows, Linux, Apple?

RouteConverter is programmed in Java. Version 6 of the free of charge >>>Java package<<< is the minimum requirement.

Assuming you have a Windows PC:
Just ensure correct installation of the java package. Then locate the drawer, where you downloaded RouteConverter.
A) Click the RouteConverter Icon with left button and drag&drop it to the desktop (moves the file) or
B) Click the RouteConverter Icon with right button and drag&drop it to the desktop (opens a dialog to create a link)

Matthias, thanks for the information. It works now.
I work with Windows 7, sorry for that.
