RouteConverter 2.0 is ready

It was a long way to go since the last release..

Although I typically try to release every month, the last release was in May about 5 months ago. But RouteConverter has changed significantly: the user interface was redesigned, the Website was redesigned and there have been lots and lots of small improvements.

For the future, I hope to get some help from you, the RouteConverter users, to produce a really good manual. The start for this project is here. Please drop me a note if you'd like to help.
