New guy, need advice

Ok so I have the navigon app on the Iphone 4s. Im trying to make a route and load it to my iphone. What ive done: 1) Made my route with google maps. 2) Loaded it to routeconverter and saved as Navigon url. 3) Emailed it to myself on yahoo email account. So how do I open this route with navigon?

If I understand the documentation correctly, the URL should be highlighted in your mail
