I use Routeconverter only now and again, but suddenly find that the exe file will not run, but the jar file works ok. In some respects I suppose it is not a problem, but I would prefer to be able to use the exe.
I suspect I have done something wrong, but any help would be very welcome. I tried turning off my anti-virus.
Win7 64 bit, Java 8_45 (build 1.80_45-b14) 32 bit, latest RouteConverter prerelease (although older version does not work either.

That is strange. In all the years this is the only report like this that I've got.

Please try again with the prerelease that I've just uploaded. If it works now, I might have been a faulty exe, an incomplete download...

		Hi Christian
The updated exes made no difference. I am convinced that it is something (weird) on my system; or maybe the latest java runtime itself. I even added the programs as 'trusted' apps under Kaspersky's settings.
It's no big deal, but I thought I'd ask in case somebody had come across it.
Thanks for a nice app. I especially like being able to add altitudes easily to an existing route or track!

I've had several reports where Security/Anti-something software prevented the start of RouteConverter EXEs. With
AVG Antivirus one has to deinstall it to make the map run.

I'm happy to hear that.
