You're using the 1.33 version, right? If so, please have a look at this thread: http://www.routeconverter.de/forum/threa...age-8.html

No. The prereleases display a map on Linux and Mac OS X, the operations to insert or move waypoints from the map and to insert positions from the Google Maps routing do not function yet. Help is always welcome.

It's an option, if you don't want to live with the current limitations of RouteConverter.

I only assembled that webpage to give linux and mac users an option to create and save a route in .kml or .gpx format (that sounds nice but I did it for myself of course). If you use "some device" that can't use .gpx or .kml you still need RouteConverter to convert. RouteConverter is my preferred application.

i tested prerealease 1.34 2.186 23 july 2010

map is well disaplayed but the function i use has disappeared "transform trace into route"
i have an error :

"unable to call routeconverter from webbrowser via port 46205"

you software tries to make an ingoing connexion to call itself, strange ? why ?

all ports are opened for inner application if you use "locahost" or 127.0.0.1 as address then i don't understand this error.

anyway thanks for your work

addendum : i will try to use your 1.33 jar with linux+wine+FF+java 1.6
i made an error : gui changed.
the supress tool is there in a "tools" menu

It's in the Tools menu now als Delete Positions... the other position on the Planning tab wasn't very intuitive.

It's a backchannel from the browser to the application used for the insertion of positions, details are explained here
