Das kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, zumal auch 20 min später sich nichts an den gelöschten Höhenangaben veränder hat.

Ich habe keine Java-Kenntnisse und weiss daher mit dem Report nur wenig anzufangen.
Die im Report angegebenen 10 Positionen hatte ich markiert und wollte die Höhen anschliessend mit ferranti3 aktualisieren lassen.
Nach ca. 10-15 sec wurden sie gelöscht und die Felder bleiben dauerhaft leer.

Die letzte Zeile deutet auf einen Download hin, der wiederaufgesetzt wurde. Danach nichts.
Vielleicht hast Du beim Herumprobieren doch noch einen anderen Ordner konfiguriert?

Wo hätte ich den Ordner konfigurieren können?
In Extras > Optionen > Pfade&Dienste > Pfad zu Höhendaten habe ich mit Sicherheit nichts eingetragen.
Was sein kann ist, dass ich nach dem ersten Klicken zum Aktualisieren der Höhendaten dies nach einiger Zeit erneut gemacht habe.
Wie geschrieben: nach 10-15 sec nach dem Klicken zum Aktualiseren der Höhendaten werden die Höhendaten gelöscht. Es poppt wärend dieser Zeit ein kleines Fenster auf, dessen Inhalt aber nicht lesbar ist, weil das Fenster sofort wieder geschlossen wird.
Ich vermute, dass es eine Anzeige zum Verlauf der Aktualisierung der Höhendaten sein wird. Mir scheint es, dass die Höhendaten von ferrant3 nicht gelesen werden können.

Korrekt, Du hast ja geschrieben, daß sie nicht in
%USER_PROFILE%\.routeconverter\ferranti3\
landen. Ich kann Dir aus der Ferne aber nicht sagen, warum.

verstehe ich das richtig, dass in Deiner Rechner-/Betriebssystem-/Javaumgebung diese Schwierigkeit bei ferranti3-Daten nicht zu reproduzieren ist?

Ja und leider sind keine geeigneten Logausgabe in RouteConverter drin, die den Fehler einzugrenzen helfen. Wenn Du testen magst, baue ich eine Vorabversion, die mehr Logausgaben enthält.

ich möchte Dir nicht noch mehr Arbeit machen. Wenn Du mir mal Deine "Testumgebung" (Betriebssystem-/JavaVersionen usw.) nennst, kann ich die ja mal nachahmen und sehen ob es damit läuft.
