Can you tell me how to "allow RouteConverter.exe to embed the IE and allow IEexplorer.exe to access Google Maps."

That highly depends on the personal firewall and/or security solution that you use. Most ask upon first access and all provide a configuration option to whitelist applications.

I am using Norton 360 with standard settings .

I have checked the Firewall settings also ,

Routeconverterwindows.exe and
Routeconverterwindows64.exe are ALLOWED

When I goto details of these two settings, all communication is allowed

I don't know what else to do, I am getting crazy !!
