I had a look at the Excel sheet. To remove the steps with Google fusion tables and GPSVisualizer, you need to come up with a structure in Excel that RouteConverter is able to read. Unfortunately, I forgot to translate the forum announcement for details of the new Excel support.

Then think about transforming your Excel sheet to something like the attached example.
