In KML wird ein Track als "Linestring" gespeichert, das ist eine einfache Aneinanderreihung der Koordinaten der Trackpunkte, eine Benennung einzelner Trackpunkte ist m.W. nicht vorgesehen. Wenn du das brauchst, müßtest du GPX als Format verwenden, dort ist das möglich.
