I don't know what you mean with configure "RouteConverter", how can this be done?
If I use an URL like 'https://map1.kompass.de/10/1087/717/kompass_topo?key=2ba8c124-38b6-11e7-ade1-e0cb4e28e847', the only answer I get is "In dieser Zoomstufe sind keine Daten verfügbar".
