@Matthias und keine weiteren Log-Ausgaben? Das sieht aus wie das Error Log. Und irgendwie verschluckt sich die Bibliothek an den PAC-Dateien bei Dir.

Starte mal cmd und führe dann java -jar CheckProxy2.jar aus – da sollte mehr herauskommen wie z.B.
