Constant failed failed to down oad box!!!

In the bottom right corner I keep seeing a popup box saing failed to download.   in mentions themes, Broute, Babel and much more.... What is the issue and how do I resolve this?

It's a server problem at the provider which is AFAIK being worked on. You cannot solve it yourself, just be patient.
