Click on "Link" and drag-and-drop the selected URL to the RouteConverter window.
And then you'll see the main problem with this approach: the Google Maps URL doesn't (anymore) contain coordinates for all positions. Try it with http://maps.google.de/maps?f=d&source=s_...8&t=h&z=12 and you see what I mean. I didn't find yet to solve this problem - mainly since I'm now planning my routes inside RouteConverter.
