It is stated :

So, I went to the conclusion I can't get an svg file including the map and my track.

That would be my conclusion, too.

You have three more options to achieve this:
  • print the track on a OSM map to a PDF printer
  • do a screenshot of a track on a OSM map
  • save an HTML page, open it in a webbrowser for printing/screenshot/whatever
