Do you have specification for CDT files? Or examples?

If it is not against the rules cdt attach a file, it is a file that includes the camera freely distributed in Italy.

I'd like to translate the program in Italian.

Put the *.cdt file into a *.zip archive. This will be accepted by the forum software.

Unfortunately it is a binary format. Decoding is nearly impossible without documentation.

Google says, it is a format for Nokia Maps speedcameras. I believe this is a commercial product.
The binary format may be used to protect intellectual property.
I would have concerns about copyright law if no official documentation is available by Nokia Maps.

So you can not decode? The intention was to create Points Of Interest (POI) in different categories to be included in the file cdt. Thanks anyway, I look forward to other information.

Encoding into *.cdt format is another thing. But again nearly impossible without documentation.
Let's wait for a comment from Christian.

It's like you've said: without documentation that would take ages.
