Hello,
I have the same issue. OS X 10.11.5 & Java 1.8.0_91-b14.
I'm using RouteConverter for years without any problem.
For 2 weeks, impossible to launch the app. White page and this damned SBBOD...
One point: Since the last version of the app.

That's not the issue I met because I don't have this over quota message.
Anyway, I had it on other windows machines I used to run RouteConverter.
I can't use the Send Error Report because impossible to laugh the app (please see first message)

Dear bibendum,

I've received 3 or 4 reports of these hangs on Mac OS X so far. And I couldn't really identify the source of the problem. Sometimes I think it's in the JVM, the frame size, the frame creation, the WebKit webbrowser... I'm still searching for someone who can reproduce it and debug it in a Java IDE.

J'ai contourné le problème en exécutant google chrome et ensuite google maps et en dernier j'exécute routeconverter et c'est ok.

Il semble incroyable: lorsque vous exécutez d'abord Google Chrome, maps.google.com ouvert, puis démarrez RouteConverter, cela fonctionne. Et quand vous commencez juste RouteConverter (je suppose après le démarrage), il montre une page blanche? Est-ce ce que vous observez?

It sounds incredible: when you first run Google Chrome, open maps.google.com in it and then start RouteConverter, it works. And when you just start RouteConverter (I guess after booting) it shows a blank page? Is that what you're observing?

Oui, page blanche.
En exécutant google chrome et ensuite google maps et en dernier j'exécute routeconverter, c'est ok pour les versions 03/09/2015 et 08/07/2016

Bonjour MacDony,
Pour moi ça ne fonctionne pas. 
Malgré le lancement de chrome et de maps dans chrome, toujours page blanche et application routeconverter figée.
